We have worked closely with Willmott Dixon since 1998, delivering a core module on their Executive Management Development Programme as well as numerous other interventions including Executive Coaching assignments and working as team coach and facilitator for Local Construction Boards over a period of many years.

The Executive Management Development Programme is aimed at existing and aspiring Directors in the construction industry. The core element of this programme is a four day residential course, aimed at developing strategic leadership qualities and an ability to lead change.
