TiA have worked with Rolls Royce since 2009, delivering team development and leadership events for the Nuclear Sector and the IT Division, and as a key provider on the International Business Awareness Course (IBAC).

Our work within Nuclear and IT has been at Executive Board level, supporting team development. This has subsequently lead to work with the wider leadership team and operational teams within the Nuclear Sector.

TiA's involvement in the International Business Awareness Course has taken us to a variety of international locations, including Vietnam and India where we have partnered with Darden Business School from Virginia, USA in delivering this prestigious, high potentials programme.
