The modules, which are two and three days in duration, are an integrated part of a two-year graduate management development programme. They take place at critical times in the graduates’ journey through the two years: induction, first leadership role, setting up for success post-programme.
The content has focused on Leadership, Followership and High Performance Teamwork. We have used a challenging and inspiring mix of outdoor exercises, peer feedback, review and discussion to build the knowledge, skills and confidence the graduates will need in their future as leaders within the business.
The care and concern TiA show for making the programmes what we want – rather than just ‘what they provide’ – is one of the key reasons we value and enjoy working with them.
