Kuehne + Nagel is a global logistics business, based in Switzerland and employing 80,000 people world wide. Since 2002 TiA have played a leading role in supporting KN's talent programmes both globally and locally in the UK.

The HIPO Forum is a modular, leadership programme, delivered globally from four regional hubs. It is designed to be closely aligned to the organisation's competency framework and talent pipeline. TiA is responsible for delivering the initial four day module, which includes an outdoor experiential element as well as the use of forum theatre and actor-based roleplay to explore people management behaviours.
