Our approach to development has been refined over 25 years to combine experiential learning, with the participant’s previous experience and the latest theory. The learning experience is centred with a hands on approach and is then supported by discussion alongside the relevant theory. With this combination approach we allow for the learning to develop at a behavioural level and support its translation to the workplace.
We employ 25 people, both full time and associates, enabling us to tackle large, global projects as well as small, one–off assignments, treating each with equal importance.
We look to provide a single point of contact for our clients, from initial enquiry right through to pilot delivery. This means that the person with whom you develop a key relationship during design is the same person you work with during delivery. This allows both parties to develop trust and understanding, which is reflected in the delegate experience, particularly on co-facilitated progammes.
