In 2019 we worked with the Global Wealth Management team to develop a structure for managing performance conversations.  Subsequently we collaborated to move an exercise from a face-to-face delivery to a digital platform.  The 2-hour business exercise was successfully transferred for a global digital delivery, working with teams on a collaborative theme.

Subsequently, the digital exercise was a timely development from 2020 with us working again with UBS to train the trainer and supply a licence for in house delivery.
