Working with you we look to create a programme of work to compliment the delivery of a cultural change throughout the organisation. We use an approach of show not tell, often using visual clues to stimulate conversation around the impact of the new desired behaviours or values on current work practices.
These discussions bring an organisatonal change to the individual perspective; what can we do to contribute to the bigger picture? To monitor the progress, we use 360 appraisal in line with the behavioural framework.
