Our consultancy and facilitation service is primarily aimed at Top Teams and Senior Managers. This work is often undertaken in support of a major programme of organisational or cultural change and may involve TiA working alongside CEOs and their Boards.

Working with any kind of change means engaging with the whole organisation. A change in organisational focus or direction is often the catalyst for reviewing the 'golden threads' which link corporate vision with individual contribution.

TiA is able to help organisations to develop these 'golden threads', often using focus groups and benchmarking with other organisations to derive aspired behaviours and, where appropriate, developing behavioural competency frameworks supported by a process of 360 appraisal.
