We began our relationship with Zurich Insurance by working with the senior leadership team. This gave us a tremendous opportunity to fully understand the vision and direction of the business. Specifically we were asked, on this first assignment, to contribute to the 2014 Leadership Team Conference in Miami. This event brought together 140 of the most senior members of the company's global leadership team. Our input to this event involved the design and facilitation of Forum Theatre workshops, spread across the three-day event, acting as a ‘golden thread’, linking together the conference themes.
Training in Action was subsequently offered a Global Master Agreement for the delivery of leadership programmes, targeted specifically at managers who were potential successors to the various country leadership teams around the world. The first of these programmes was delivered in Milan in 2015 using a multi-module, experiential approach, combined with individual coaching and learning support, offered between modules.
Following this, in 2017 we designed and delivered a senior leadership programme which has successfully been rolled out over the last 8 years across a global platform, with delivery in the USA, South America, APAC and EMEA.
Our current venture with Zurich Insurance is with the Global Audit Team working with the executive and leadership teams through a series of digital intervention workshops and one to one coaching.
Our work with Zurich Insurance highlights the embedded nature of the relationship we have with our key clients; working together to produce a bespoke and business relevant experience.
Partnering with TIA has been a great experience. Their expertise in this field is obvious and Chris and his team share a real passion for the subject. Their commitment to the program impact has been apparent since we started program design and their delivery in the field is just as powerful.
