We have worked closely with Willmott Dixon since 1998, delivering a core module on their Executive Management Development Programme (MDL4) as well as numerous other interventions including Executive Coaching assignments and working as team coach and facilitator for local Construction Boards over a period of many years.
The MDL4 is aimed at existing and aspiring Directors in the construction industry. The core element of this programme is a four day residential course, aimed at developing strategic leadership qualities and an ability to lead change. A business project runs alongside the course and our support ends with the facilitation of a presentation with the Holdings Board.
As WD has developed so has our support, working closely with the Strategic Accounts and Services team, the Construction Board and continuing to scope the MDL4 programme to the current business requirements.
