London Business School

TiA have been working with London Business School since 2004, providing a team development and relationship building event for the Sloan Programme.

The event is held annually at the front end of the 12-month Sloan Programme which is run by London Business School for Senior Managers. The group size is normally around 60 people and the event is conference based over a period of two days.

This programme is a good example of how TiA brings experiential learning into a conference environment, using exercises designed for large groups operating indoors. One such exercise is 'Matrix', where the group is split into four mixed teams – each working as a business unit with specific profit-centre targets. The wider agenda is to maximise organisational performance, but for this to happen each business unit needs to balance it’s own interests with those of the wider team.
