Personal Impact workshops on the rise

Developing a deeper understanding of the impact we have on each other, has always been central to our work at TiA. However, recently we have seen a far greater demand for developing the application of this work.
In particular we are being asked for customised workshops, aimed at personal impact and influence - whether in peer-to-peer relationships or in a sales context, working with existing clients or on new pitches.
Soft skills have often taken second place to technical training when budgets are tight, but recent research backed by the CBI reveals that three-quarters of employers believe there to be a soft skills gap in the UK workforce.
Workshops which help improve interpersonal effectiveness, particularly in a sales environment, not only target this gap, but do so in a way that allows employers to measure the return on investment.
